Both of those people asked you how you'd solve the company's biggest problems, and they took detailed notes while you explained your ideas. They interviewed you twice and told you "You've got exactly the background we need!" Then they called you back to interview with two more people. Now they want you to come in and present your Power Point for a group. Then it was a Power Point presentation that you created and sent to them (and got no comment on). First it was a surprise pre-employment test. Every time you think you're reached the end of the hiring process, they come up with another step. When you met your hiring manager, they said they had a dire need for someone like you, but now they say "It's not a full-time job on its own, so we want you to support two other departments in your spare time as well."
